Role:             Application Consultant  
Location:      Remote Based with monthly travel to head office - Oxford

Salary:          Up to £55,000 per annum + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement workflows using BPMN or CMMN standards.
- Leverage your development skills in Java, JavaScript, or other programming languages to enhance existing systems.
- Integrate APIs and develop seamless connections between various software applications.
- Provide expert advice on automation and RPA solutions with a focus on Work Management Systems (WMS).
- Conduct requirements engineering, process modeling, and optimization to streamline business processes.

Skills and Experience:

- Development Background: Strong foundation in software development, especially with APIs. Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or any programming language is highly desirable.
- Process Modeling: Hands-on experience with BPMN, CMMN, or similar process modeling standards.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with RPA tools and their application in WMS is advantageous.
- Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated experience in requirements engineering and process modeling.
- Problem Solver: Ability to analyze complex processes and design efficient solutions.
- Collaborative: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
